RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a return or exchange for all purchases made through our site. Refunds are issued in the original method of payment.

The following requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify:

  • Return: within seven (7) days of delivery date
  • Exchange: within thirty (30) days of order date
  • The product is unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • All labels and tags are still attached


Any outerwear purchased through our Authorized Dealers can only be returned or exchanged at the original place of purchase (please note that sales terms will differ for each location).

For orders placed outside of North America, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. This includes any duties and taxes that may occur upon arrival.

If it is a concern about workmanship or the product is found to be defective, please refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Face masks, headwear, collars, and sleeping bags cannot be returned due to safety and hygienic reasons.

Returns

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your Outdoor Survival Canada outerwear. To make a return, please contact customer service. The following information is required:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Name of product, colour, and size
  • Reason for returning


We will reply with an unique Return Authorization # and form to fill out and send along with your return. Please DO NOT send in your return without an issued RA#. Any items that arrive at OSC headquarters without one WILL NOT be processed.

Initiating a return must be made within seven (7) days of delivery date. You must post your return within three (3) days of receiving your RA#. Once this period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for returning the garment to OSC headquarters (including the cost of shipping). We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Any additional charges incurred upon arrival (such as duties or taxes) will be deducted from your refund. The production team will inspect the garment upon arrival. Once verified, allow 3-5 days to process and issue a refund.

Exchanges

Let’s find the perfect OSC coat for you! To make an exchange, please contact customer service. The following information is required:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Name of purchased product, colour, and size
  • Reason for exchanging
  • Name of the new product, colour, and size


We will reply with an unique Return Authorization # and form to fill out and send along with your exchange. Please DO NOT send in your garment without an issued RA#. Any items that arrive at OSC headquarters without one WILL NOT be processed.

The cost of shipping will be shared – you are responsible for returning the garment to OSC headquarters, and we will cover the shipping fees sending you the exchanged item (does not apply to orders outside of North America). Any additional charges incurred upon arrival (such as duties or taxes) will be invoiced to you. The production team will inspect the garment upon arrival. Once verified, allow 3-5 days processing before your new package will be shipped.
